Generative Bloom

 Generative Bloom is a video exploration where I delve into the multifaceted relationship between humans and computer technology, and how it influences our experiences of the natural world. By capturing raw footage of the Pacific Northwest and utilizing generative video coding software, I merge two contrasting visual languages to illustrate how our habitual use of smartphones can impact our perception and interaction with nature. Through this exploration, I aim to shed light on the complex ways in which technology shapes our relationship with the world around us.
