Pink/Yellow Enameled Earrings

Your enameled piece is handmade by fusing powdered glass to metal at high temperatures. Whether a wearable piece, sculptural work, or bowl form, enamel is durable but can chip or crack if dropped, struck, or subjected to excessive force.

For jewelry:

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, and other chemicals.

• Handle your piece with care and avoid dropping it or allowing it to strike hard surfaces.

• Avoid bending or putting excessive pressure on the enameled surface.

• To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly afterward.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, and rough materials, which can scratch the enamel or metal.

• When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, protected place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box.

For sculptures and bowl forms:

• Handle carefully and support the piece from its base or strongest structural areas when moving it.

• Avoid dropping, striking, or stacking pieces, as impact can chip or crack the enamel.

• Do not place heavy objects on enameled surfaces or use bowl forms for purposes that could put excessive stress on the metal or enamel.

• Unless the piece is specifically described as functional tableware, treat bowl forms as decorative objects rather than food-safe or serving vessels.

• Keep away from extreme or sudden changes in temperature, which may place stress on the glass enamel or metal.

• To clean, gently wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly afterward.

• Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring pads, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaning products.

• Display pieces on a stable surface where they will not be easily knocked over or exposed to unnecessary impact.

A note on handmade enamel:
Each piece is individually enameled, so subtle variations in color, texture, and surface are part of its handmade character. Enamel is essentially glass fused to metal, and small changes in the surface may develop through handling and use. Treating your piece with care will help preserve its finish for years to come.

All sales through Ambriel Studios are final. Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in creating and packaging each piece. If your order arrives damaged or experiences an unexpected breakage immediately after delivery, please contact me as soon as possible so I can determine whether the issue qualifies for an exception.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and any damaged packaging

If the item is determined to have arrived damaged or to have a defect in craftsmanship, Ambriel Studios may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with your purchase is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, or repairs unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on the part of Ambriel Studios.

For approved returns or exchanges, items must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Ambriel Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
