Fused Glass Pendant
Your fused glass jewelry is handmade from glass that has been carefully kiln-fired and paired with a zinc alloy bail. With proper care, your piece can be enjoyed for years to come.
To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, and other chemicals.

Protect the glass from hard impacts, drops, and contact with other jewelry or objects that could scratch or chip it.

Do not bend, twist, or put pressure on the bail or the connection between the glass and metal.

Keep the zinc alloy bail dry whenever possible. Prolonged exposure to water, moisture, or chemicals may cause the metal to discolor or develop surface changes over time.

To clean your piece, gently wipe the glass and metal with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly afterward.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, and rough materials, which may scratch the glass or alter the finish of the metal.

When not wearing your jewelry, store it separately in a dry, soft pouch or jewelry box.
A note on handmade glass:
Each piece is individually made, so subtle variations in color, texture, and shape are part of its character. While fused glass is durable, it is still glass and should be handled with care.The zinc alloy bail may naturally change in appearance over time with exposure to air, moisture, and skin oils. These changes are a normal part of the material's aging and wear.

All sales through Ambriel Studios are final. Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
I take great care in creating and packaging each piece. If your order arrives damaged or experiences an unexpected breakage immediately after delivery, please contact me as soon as possible so I can determine whether the issue qualifies for an exception.

If the item is determined to have arrived damaged or to have a defect in craftsmanship, Ambriel Studios may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with your purchase is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, or repairs unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on the part of Ambriel Studios.
For approved returns or exchanges, items must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Ambriel Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
