Fine silver is a beautiful, relatively pure metal that will naturally change over time with wear. With a little care, your piece can be enjoyed for years to come.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products, and other chemicals.

• Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box, when you are not wearing it.

• Fine silver is softer than sterling silver, so avoid bending, dropping, or placing heavy objects on your jewelry.

• To clean your piece, gently polish the silver with a soft, non-abrasive jewelry cloth. Avoid harsh polishing compounds or abrasive materials, which can scratch the surface or alter intentional finishes.

• If your piece includes glass, enamel, stones, or other materials, take extra care when cleaning and avoid soaking the jewelry unless specifically instructed.

A note on oxidation:
Silver naturally develops a patina over time as it reacts with the environment and the oils on your skin. This is a normal part of the life of the metal and can add character to your piece. If you prefer a brighter finish, gently polish the silver with a soft jewelry cloth.

Each piece is handmade, and small variations and changes that develop through wear are part of its individual history.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales through Ambriel Studios are final. Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in creating and packaging each piece. If your order arrives damaged or experiences an unexpected breakage immediately after delivery, please contact me as soon as possible so I can determine whether the issue qualifies for an exception.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and any damaged packaging

If the item is determined to have arrived damaged or to have a defect in craftsmanship, Ambriel Studios may, at its discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, misuse, alterations, or failure to follow the care instructions provided with your purchase is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, or repairs unless the item arrived damaged or defective due to an error on the part of Ambriel Studios.

For approved returns or exchanges, items must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Ambriel Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
